The CEAM Foundation is pleased to announce the second call for TransNational Access (TNA) to our EUPHORE chambers within the framework of the project ATMO-ACCESS. The call for access opens on 6th May 2022 and will remain open until 6th July 2022.

ATMO-ACCESS provides opportunities for accessing the most advanced operational atmospheric research facilities in Europe, in support of the objectives of the Green Deal offering the opportunity to conduct leading-edge, multidisciplinary research, thereby addressing scientific questions and societal issues in an innovative manner.

This is an excellent opportunity to access one of the largest and most instrumentalized environmental facilities in Europe. EUPHORE offers cutting-edge research on chemical processes, validation of chemical models, evaluation of solutions for the improvement of air quality, testing and intercomparison of instruments, etc.

The access is free of charge and includes the logistical, technological and scientific support and the specific training that is needed to use the services provided by the facility. Additionally, users may benefit from a contribution to support some of their travel and local subsistence costs.

TNA is provided in two types:

• in person (physical access), with users physically visiting the facility/installation and receiving the service “hands-on”.

• remotely (remote access), with resources and services offered without users physically visiting the facility/installation.

Scientists are welcome to apply and, particularly, young scientists, those who have never used atmospheric facilities before, and companies. ATMO-ACCESS promotes gender equality in scientific research.

Users interested in taking advantage of this outstanding opportunity are warmly encouraged to contact us (info@ceam.es) to discuss your proposal and address practicalities. More information can be found at
