Laura Paredes Fortuny has been selected for de programme Code For Earth 2023, ECMWF.

Our college Laura Paredes Fortuny, PhD student at Meteorology and Climatology department, has been selected to participate in the innovation programme Code For Earth 2023 run by ECMWF. She will join a developer team to work on the project of Tropical Cyclone Hazard Dashboard.
Code For Earth is an initiative that, since 2018, aims to drive innovation and open source developments in the Earth sciences community. Developer teams will work during 4 months together with mentors from ECMWF and partner organizations on weather and climate projects.
